In 1967, The Damnoen Saduak Floating Market was one of the most tourist attractions in the world.
Small boats. Every morning, hundreds of boats crowd the market area. Most of them are paddled by women with picturesque straw hats.
Visitors can find everything from vegetables and fruits to freshly-cooked noodles and souvenirs at this lively market, from about 08 a.m. to about 11 a.m. Visitors will also see traditional Thai houses, the way they live, and travel by boat,
and you should try riding on a small boat to experience the floating market and to see more. This is a worthwhile trip.
The Itinerary:
• 06:30: Meet Your guide in the hotel’s lobby and depart from the hotel to Ratchaburi Province.
• 08:30: Arrive at the boat pier, then will take a long tail boat (about 20 minutes) to view the way of life of the Thai village and enjoy the scenery of rural life.
• 09:00: Arrive at the floating market, you will enjoy watching the farmers selling food, fruits, flowers, and many kinds of local products in their boats.
• 11:00: Depart floating market back to downtown.
• 13:30: arrive at your hotel.
